This coffee is grown close to the shore of Lake Tawar, nestling in the dormant volcanic mountains, home to the Sumatran tiger. We roast it slowly to develop a deep colour which gives it a rich chocolate flavour, with a velvet smooth aftertaste. Colombian - flavour strength 3. A fresh and fruity coffee from the Sierra Nevada district, this coffee is washed in fresh water and prepared using traditional methods. Roasted to a full medium colour to emphasize it s fine characteristics. 
Costra Rica - flavour strength 3. The cooperatives in Costa Rica are made up of 3500 small organic producers. Their organic production concentrates on water purification and shade grown coffees. Their link with Fairtrade has enabled them to support 224 schools and colleges in the last 12 years. The coffee has a superb clean and crisp taste with a slight acidity and full body. Decaffeinated (Swiss water process) flavour strength 3. This premium Ara bica coffee is decaffeinated using only water, meaning that it is 100% chemical free.
